Ninety percent of Polavaram project’s civil works have been completed, ₹600 crore will be released for the Veligonda project-displaced families soon, and a 10-year repair and operation-and-maintenance plan is being worked out to revive 1,040 Irrigation Development Corporation lift schemes, says the
