Jan Suraaj leader Prashant Kishor took oath as Bankipur MLA on Monday after defeating BJP candidate Neeraj Kumar Sinha by 19,246 votes. He outlined priorities including jobs, education, ration distribution and social security after formally entering the Bihar Assembly.
