It's been just over one month since the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down an injunction, letting Act 372 go into effect. Act 372 criminalizes the distribution of obscene material to minors, forcing libraries and school districts to create new policies for which books children can check out, and which books are on the shelves.
