At least 4 shot across NYC – including man killed, woman struck by stray bullet – in flare-up of overnight violence: cops, sources

A 65-year-old woman believed to be an innocent bystander was blasted in the leg around 11 p.m. on University Avenue near Merriam Avenue in the Highbridge neighborhood, cops and sources said.
