Body found with 'suspicious' injuries in Portland apartment leads to murder charge 2 weeks later

Kenneth A. Lacey, 37, was arrested on August 17 for the alleged murder of 47-year-old Johnny Alexander, whose body was discovered with suspicious injuries in a Portland apartment on August 5.
