China Exim Bank, a Chinese state policy lender, signed a loan agreement worth almost $1 billion with a joint venture of Cambodian and Chinese companies to finance Cambodia's flagship Funan Techo Canal, Deputy Prime Minister Sun Chanthol said on Wednesday.
