Advocate Chris Macadam, the former Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions, disclosed that former Police Commissioner Jackie Selebi orchestrated the transfer of 400 TRC dockets from the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) to the South African Police Service (SAPS).
