According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, on Thursday, Aug. 27, the network of shelters is being expanded. One new shelter, designed to accommodate more than 1,000 children, is being built in Samar district ahead of the new academic year.
