ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia State police are investigating a fatal four-wheeler crash that occurred near the 7000 block of Fire Tower Road on Sept. 4 around 6:27 p.m. 53-year-old Mark Hamilin, who was operating the Yamaha 700 four-wheeler, sustained fatal injuries. No other vehicles were involved. The incident remains under investigation.
