Flowers left behind as a final goodbye to Dolly Parton are now bringing joy to people who need it most. Volunteers with Random Acts of Flowers are repurposing the tributes into new bouquets for patients in hospitals or nursing homes in hopes to pass along the same kindness Dolly spent her life giving to others.
