Former councilman Reggie Gaffney Sr., Councilman Reggie Gaffney Jr. and community leaders will host a Teacher Appreciation Giveaway on Saturday, Sept. 12, recognizing educators from six Northside schools for their work educating, encouraging and inspiring Jacksonville children.
