JSO arrests ‘super speeder’ doing 108 mph on I-295 — he said he was late for work

A Jacksonville man was arrested last week after a Jacksonville Sheriff’s officer clocked him driving 108 mph in a posted 65 mph zone on Interstate 295 South.
