Lawmakers ask Spanberger to call for special session on Dominion-NextEra merger

Over a dozen Virginia lawmakers are asking Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D) to call for a special session regarding the controversial proposed merger of Dominion Energy and NextEra Energy.
