Little Rock police make arrest, name victim in deadly Tuesday shooting on J.E. Davis Drive

Little Rock police arrested 21-year-old Omarion Hatchett on a capital murder charge following the Tuesday afternoon shooting death of 23-year-old Jazeven Gregory.
