TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) — Residents of Tybee Island are reporting sights of waterspouts forming off of the south end this afternoon. At 4:13 p.m. Tybee Island Ocean Rescue posted this photo to their Facebook Other residents of the area report seeing the waterspouts too as thunderstorms moved through the area this afternoon.
