Ohio mayors seek major state aid to help pay first-responder salaries, redevelop ‘core cities’

Dozens of Ohio mayors, including Cleveland's Justin Bibb, want state lawmakers to cover 10% of local police and fire department payroll costs, as well as offer $100 million per year for city redevelopment grants.
