After the Powhatan County Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission unanimously voted against Throttle Therapy's plans of putting a motorsport park on more than 700 acres of land off Rocky Ford Road earlier this month, the owners aren't giving up. Now they're looking for land in a different county.
