Penn State's Chase Sowell and James Peoples have been named to the Tyler Rose award watch list. The award, named after Texas Longhorn great Earl Campbell, is presented to the top offensive player in FBS. To qualify for the award, players must either play at an FBS school in Texas or they must have played high school football in Texas.
