The southwest monsoon is bringing moderate to heavy rain to Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Zambales. Haze due to forest fires from Kalimantan, Indonesia, is also affecting the western portions of Visayas, Mimaropa, and Mindanao.
