Portland police, FBI to target fentanyl dealers in public housing, outside treatment clinics

U.S. Attorney Scott Bradford announced Tuesday that federal prosecutors will expand efforts beyond downtown to focus on dealers operating in public housing and outside drug treatment clinics.
