KUALA LUMPUR: Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd, the subsidiary of Prasarana Malaysia Bhd that operates the RapidKL train network in the Klang Valley, has appointed Ts Mazli Mustaffa as its new chief executive officer effective September 1.
