Bair Tsyrenov, a State Duma candidate for Russia’s Communist Party (KPRF) in Buryatia’s single-mandate district and a deputy in the People’s Khural of Buryatia, aired campaign videos on local television carrying the slogan “Power to the people, peace to the world,” the news outlet Sibirsky Ekspress reported.
