On Thursday, a Wappingers Falls man was arrested during a traffic stop after officers discovered he had an active warrant out for his arrest. According to the Red Hook Police Department, 50-year-old Jose Tacuri is accused of changing his identity to avoid a sex abuse case from 2007.
