Dennikia Boyce, the 37-year-old woman wanted in connection with the shooting death of two Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) contractors, has been charged in federal court. According to court documents obtained by 8News, the U.S. Marshals Service has reason to believe she may be in North Carolina.
