Washington officials hand down 35 environmental violations to Nippon Dynawave following deadly tank collapse

The Washington Department of Ecology issued 35 citations to Nippon Dynawave Packaging following a fatal storage tank collapse in Longview that released 900,000 gallons of caustic white liquor into local waterways.
