Where are the Flock cameras in Fresno? Former chief's emails give clues

While the City of Fresno refuses to disclose the exact locations of its approximately 70 Flock surveillance cameras to prevent vandalism, an email from former Police Chief Paco Balderama identified several general areas where they are installed.
