Ukraine will reinforce its positions in Donetsk Oblast with two reorganized military groupings commanded by Heroes of Ukraine Denys Prokopenko and Andrii Biletskyi, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said after meeting Ukrainian troops in the combat zone on Aug. 26.
