Nagalakshmi Chowdhary flags prolonged detention of foreign women inmates at Parappana Agrahara prison

According to the Karnataka State Commission for Women chairperson, there is a provision under which the government can provide up to ₹40,000 towards the surety amount for eligible inmates.
